AS IS Vehicle Sales

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale, all vehicles sold by Automotive Creative Partners LLC are sold AS IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY.

This means:

• The vehicle is sold in its current condition
• ACP makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied
• ACP disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability
• ACP disclaims any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
• The buyer assumes all responsibility for repairs, maintenance, and future condition once the transaction is completed

Any warranties provided are limited strictly to those expressly stated in writing within the Buyer’s Guide or purchase contract at time of sale.

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

• Conduct independent inspections prior to purchase
• Obtain a third-party mechanical evaluation
• Review vehicle history reports
• Ask questions and review all documents carefully before signing

Once the sale is finalized, the vehicle becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser except where otherwise required by Colorado law.

No Verbal Representations

No oral statements, representations, or promises made by ACP employees, agents, or representatives shall create any warranty or modify the written terms of sale unless documented in writing and signed by an authorized dealership representative.

Financing Disclaimer

All financing offers are subject to:

• Credit approval
• Lender terms and conditions
• Verification of income and identity
• Down payment requirements
• Applicable interest rates and state regulations
