Meet Larry “Primo” Herrera

When it comes to experience in the automotive industry, Larry Herrera doesn’t just bring years to the table… he brings decades. With over 40 years in the car business, Larry is the steady hand and sharp eye behind much of what we do at Automotive Creative Partners.

Known around the auctions as “Primo” — the OG Godfather of the lanes — Larry has built a reputation for knowing values, spotting quality inventory, and making smart buying decisions long before the first bid hits the block.

You’ll find Larry at the auctions weekly, walking the rows, checking conditions, reading markets, and making sure ACP brings home vehicles that meet our standards for quality and value. His deep industry knowledge, relationships, and instinct for the right car at the right time are woven into everything we do.

When he’s not buying cars, Larry enjoys spending time on the golf course — though rumor has it he still negotiates even there.

Shella may be small in size, but she runs a tight operation when it comes to customer experience. Her specialties include:

• Boosting staff morale on high-volume Saturdays

She takes her job seriously. Very seriously. Especially when snacks are involved.

Shella believes every great car deal should start with a smile and maybe a belly rub. While CJ handles the financing and Larry hunts down the perfect inventory, Shella makes sure the vibe is right. Because buying a car should feel exciting, welcoming, and stress-free.

When she’s not on duty, you’ll find her:
